This is a comic strip titled Sitting is a Sport, from the series Elbro Needs Physio, created by Physio Benjamin Lou. The first, second and third panels show Elbro sitting at his desk working hard, and his back, neck, shoulders and jaw muscles becoming increasingly tense because he is stressed, and his muscles are tired after several hours. The fourth panel shows Elbro meeting Mani in the park and Mani asks him why Elbro is in pain all over is body and Elbro tells him he has no idea because he doesn't think he has done anything special.

The first panel features Mani yelling at Elbro to stop stretching his quadriceps before the badminton game. The second panel shows Mani seeing inside the quadriceps muscle through his special eyeglasses. Third and fourth panels feature the muscle fallen asleep from the stretch then being abruptly awoken and being subjected to a tendon tear.
